What is difference between HR of a Bank and any other Industry? expect few

<p>i have been working in Banking Sector since1984, and6 years as HR Manager of a Bank in Pakistan. Presently looking for a job in HR of any other industry, but facing the following </p> <p>1. I am54 years old and not offered any job</p> <p>2. i am from Banking Industry hence cannot be inducted any other industry.</p> <p>3. my tenure is in Branch Banking hence HR is not not suitable for me.</p> <p>4. I have no experience in Large Banks, hence experience in Large banks are different than small Banks</p> <p> </p> <p>i want to ask: what is difference between HR of a Bank and any other Industry? expect few</p>

I do believe that, there are no such big differences between HR. principles' methodology in banking industry and any other industry, except those are related to the banking industry itself, i.e. regulations, procedures, policies,....etc.
