What is the relationship between the efficiency of production and the comfort of workers and employees?

If workers live with a soothing and tention free time they can perform well and efficiency comes automatically. As they can concentrate and dedicate themselves to thier work they produce better result. Efficiency and comfort of workers are interdependable. Once workers family/ self life is secured they can put thier endeavre to the work only, which gives better result.
