How important is it to your company to provide up-to-date and efficient digital systems to employees and train them on such systems?

It all goes back to company budget and if they can afford digital systems and training costs. But ideally it is very crucial to provide up to date technology for employees as well as training.

Training your employees and keeping them up to date on new technologies are strategies that should be introduced to an organization. An organization must strengthen its core capabilities and gain competitive advantage in order to sustain the business in the market. Most of the company ignores this basic idea, they do not want to invest on their people perhaps because people just come and go. For employees to stay in the company and be competitive, the management must learn how to keep its employees by giving them good benefits, salary package, training for career development, equal opportunities and better structured framework for human resource management. It is a vital move for a company to manage its resources effectively because the people are the wings of its business. It can make you fly or it can pull you down when it gets hurt or damaged.

In IT industry, this particular training is very important. In this world of fast paced technologies, no companies want to be left behind from the rest of the competitor. So practically, to sustain the business, a company must keep its employees updated on what is new and adapt the most efficient system available in the market.

There must never be an excuse for not allotting a budget in the beginning of the Financial year. This item must be an integral part of the whole budget in the operations. 

Before starting training to staff, I have to need to check the budget of the organization because digital system needs sufficient budget to implement the system and how it would bring the benefits for the organization. If organization has strategy and sufficient budget to implement this system. I will give most priority on this training program. Digital system will enhance the performance of employees as well as organization.
