In your opinion, what is better for overtime compensation, money of leave time?

It can be done either way depending on the nature of the work

It depends on the work needs, it can be tracked weekly or monthly, when there's no work load, employee can have flexible hours to come late or leave early. If the job needed him/her the whole working hours then he'll take it money (by the end of every month or week) Preferred by month as employee might need more than 1 excuse & you can also benefit the company by not paying large sum of money also give you your employees some rest

Time should be compensated by time. Overtime should be compensated by pay and time. Because money needs to enjoy free time.Hardworking need to be nurtured than the average employee because will make the skill and success
