My dear there are no best practices for B2B sales but one practice and i.e follow-up, regular follow-up & costant follow-up through all kind of available modes which consists of constant emails, regular tele-communications & personal visits to the business partner by developing the business relations into a business cum trust worthy organizational personal relationship.

Unsolicited phone calls have become undesirable and distracting to many people. Well-written focused emails and faxes are ok. Try to get the contact details of the concerned persons in each targeted organization, then adjust your message. Highlight the benefit(s) to the customer. Be truthful, and think long-term about partnership rather than a single deal.

Cold communication techniques for more cold contact success

1) Focus on the goal

3) Improve your chances of communication by making use of social media contacts

4) Prepare an opening statement for the call

5) What should be in the opening statement?

6) Set up a script for the rest of your call
