If a customer keeps nagging for a service you don't offer. Would you say no and let them handle it on their own, or offer a valid recommendation?

I`ll provide recomendation to customers keep in mind the"customers are first". If there is no customer you can`t run your business, so give the importance to thier voice.

Customer is a king and very valuable to us. Facing this situation, it is recommendated to do the following steps:

a. Explain about the actual things.

b. Guide our customer, where and how to get the services.

c. Follow - up with our customer and check their satisfaction level

d. Closed with smiling face and appreciation

If faced with such a situation please have a valid recommendation because if a customer find out about the service elsewhere and maybe you lied that such service is unavailable you wont see the customer near again. But make sure you tell the customer that it will soon be  introduced with lots of benefit from such service. The customer will be a potential customer because of truthfulness of your conversation and your courtesy

First, listen actively to determine the needs of the customer then apologize and explain that you do not offer the service he needs but direct him to the correct department that gives the services, guide him and make sure that he will get satisfaction. Always be kind and patient to customers because they are always first.

I must make a recommendation, so that the customer knows that we are interested in his interest even if we do not provide the service that is asked for, and of course, according to the policies of the company so as not to be advertise a product or something like this.

Offer Valid Recommendation, alternatives if availabile 

Customers are the very reason industries/cpmpanies exist. If you can not satisfy a customer's need, inform the customer of alternative optiosn.
