Does the element of cultural difference affect the communication process within a company? How?

ABSOLUTELY NO BEACAUSE CULTURE IS AN OPEN OUR DIFFERENT COUNTRY @ IT IS BORN BEFORE HUMANITY.IITS JUST ITS UP TO AS HOW TO UNDERSTAND @ ACCEPTANCE SHOULD BE.

Cultural differences can affect the communication process significantly. One word can mean one thing in one culture, yet something else in another, so it is important to communicate refraining from slangs and cultural nuances, but try to be more universal in communicating. Additionally, certain customs or practices in one culture may be disrespectful or impartial in another. Further to that, body language is a large part of the  communication process, therefore, one gesture maybe accepted in one culture, but rejected in another. It is best then, to find a middle grown so as not to miscommunicate or misrepresent what the company intended to achieve.

 Thank you , I don't thing so , providing that all employees are experts and competent in their specific work ,hence they may all speak the same language despite cultural difference.

I believe it's one the major factor affecting communication among members of the company simply because different cultures have different interpretations of a certain subject or topic of discussion. Not that it is someone's fault but rather because that's the way someone is raised.

It's a challenge to management on how to cross such cultural boundaries among employees in order to achieve business goals.

yeah,effective communication within a company is essentional to sucess any business , i will give example to know how 

the concept of organizational attitude towards managment roles refelct the cultural difference ,so you can see the communication of Indian with management different than egyptian or Europen .

so should be cultures prior to interacting in the comapny.
