That really depends on the nature of the business. If it is a perishable good selling business like a book store the answer is (B)

If it is a services industry business like a hotel it used to be (B) but with the emergence of social media and loyalty program models its (A).

 

In most cases today due to the average man's hunger for knowledge about what they use and the need to asociate with our favorite brands like Skywards Miles Emirates, DEWA, Fitness First, Daiso etc. Its predominantly and will stay There is no end as communication is generally an ongoing process.
