How can you tell if somebody is intelligent?

People whose intelligence is above average do not consider themselves to be particularly smart. They usually immediately realize that they have made a mistake and instead of shifting responsibility for it to others or pretending that everything is fine, they learn from it and do not repeat in the future. Also, people who can argue without offending their opponents or ignoring other points of view are already worthy of respect and are much smarter.

Intelligence is the link between the knowledge you have and the solution for a problem. If you just have much knowledge but you don't use to improve your work environment or give a solution for something you aren't beeing intelligent. You just have many information in your brain. Sometimes, people who hasn't much knowledge are more intelligent that who has it, just because they can apply their knowledge to solve a situation.

I can tell if someone is intelligent by how well they compose themselves, the manner and way with which they speak, the way they analyse situations and how they see things.

I can make him in some situations that help him to figuire that he find a clever solution

by his thinking thoughts and maturity  

 If someone is intelligent but he/she doesn't know, I'll  help them to find their exceptional abilities. I'll motivate him/her and make him/her confident enough that he/she will admit his/her own intelligence.
