Do you prefer reading long or short books? Why?

Short Stories.  If I start reading something, I won't put it down until it's done. In my busy schedules long stories are not possible.

Both of them because the short book give you an information in a small time and keep your time , and the long book give you a detailed information about the things , thanks

long book  is good to kind of person who find the lecture as his occupation. but short one is for all kind of humain  of their temperament

it depends on what type of content I am looking for.

 

i like to study long books as well as short books long books can give a lot of information and full detail of the relevent thing long books are good in understanding differnet concepts while short books are also good when you dont have enough time to stduy a long book buit it depends on the contents of the books if the contents are attrative one can read a long long book but if contents are weak and one can guess easliy from the contents that reaing this book is the wastage of time only.

A good book may be either long or short. Your desired content and interest may be deciding factor. But due to shortage of time, I prefer to read short books.

It's depend to your required material or a content of your interest, then it can be long or short doesn't matter

I am willing to read a good book whether it was long or short. 

It depends on the content but in popular  I prefer anything direct to the goal with less details

I don't have a preference.  The time in which I am reading the book is a determining factor.  I'm still old school and like the feel of a book in my hand more often than my tablet so if I want a book for on the plane, I choose a book of appropriate size.  If I am just engaging in a book for stolen moments than the size doesn't matter.

While I do shy away from books that are as long as say, War and Peace, in general, the size of the book is usually commensurate with the size of my time to read it.
