You are instructing a training program in English and some one of the attendees had asked you a question in Arabic, in what langauge you will answer the question and why?
If you are aware of the fact that language then it’s better to reply in the participant language. As if he should know that either your are comfortably reply. Otherwise, everyone should be aware of the fact that English has been a corporate language and irrespective of our native language we must be able to communicate in English.
