How to justify and convince that HR department is equally important to Finance and Operations and equally contributing to Company's revenues?

A key factor in any organisation is the people that work for it, thus HR plays a key role or rather adds or can add value by inducting good people needed for the organisation, supporting them to get focus and engagement towards work, this will be great for the senior management albeit the organisation.
