Greetings for the day!

Promoting himself to the mid career is the employee target in order to get better benefits and compensations. agreed that he puts his maximum efforts to get promoted.

After 3 to 5 years from mid career the EMPLOYEE will be elevated to top level and have to perform independently.

The present unit head is depending on the project manager, true, but in order to work independently:

  1. you need to get the basic and technical knowledge of the project to grow horizontally in the project, loop holes, bottleneck to be cleared.
  2. you should also learn the business concepts, understand the input output ratio in terms of finance and labour, statistics and data to be on hand.
  3. market conditions, terms with the client and the practical / live  position of the project
  4. the strategies to address the upcoming difficulties, planned and expressed through channel.

It depends on the level of communication skills an employee had to understand the office / project reporting dynamics, excellent work knowledge will make the him to get the above which will succeed further.

So the candidates are questioned at interview where you look yourself in the coming 5 years, career objective / target.

Its the mindset and the strategy to keep pushing ourselves forward and in future to push the project forward.
