the other aspects such as levelness and plumbness are to be considered as well acc. to site specifications for steel structures instullation .
some of other componentes are important for safety such as ladder back closers . or grating side guardes and etc. at last you need to look for painting and coating damages . and its final .

1. Review the inspection plan, drawings, previuos inspection history and previous repair/ modification records. Prepare an inspection checklist.
2. Before inspection, ensure that permit to work is available for inspection. Conduct the inspection as per the inspection check list and record the observations.
3. Preapare inspection report based on the observations. Give reference to the codes/standards, procedure, specifications applicable for the inspection.
