Of course it has a big and effective role but it has chemical hazards. I think the best substance to kill the microbes and the bacteria is the soil

anti-bacterial products can kill bacteria and germs and after used you should clean by water for remove the remaining of this product.

only use water and soap cannot kill germs and bacteria.
