What is the difference between an agreement and a contract?

Agreement enforceable by Law is called contract.  Therefore all CONTRACTS are AGREEMENTS, but All AGREEMENTS are Not CONTRACTS. Thanks.

The différents between the contract and agreement is related to the force enforceability, the agreement from it's name doesn't includes the force enforceability clause, even though it can lead to the indemnity, but the contract includes beside the duties and obligations also the methods of the enforcibilty vis a vis the inaction party.
