In today's dynamic market, it is critical to be innovative everyday to stay above the competition. I know my skills and expertise well. Give that I am an experienced professional and a good manager, I would hire a young but intelligent applicant over an experienced person. 

It is give or take situation, and I am willing to risk experience for fresh ideas
