Why is it that intending recruiters ask high experience for the job to be done yet the needy/applicants of the job on advert have/no skills for it?

applicants with no experience like/love to work even though they do not have the skills..can't the intending recruiters get them and do train them for the specified task/job that they are supposed to do?

Let's assume a recruiter does so & U among others with not enough skills apply & he selects one of your competitors, what would be your question then?

The recruiters/company usually ask or find those that are experienced already so it will be easier for them to teach the person,or vice versa. The person that already has an experience will teach them from his/her own experience. However, those that have no experience yet must not lose hope because everyone starts at the first step. just like the ladder, you can never make it to step2 or step3 without the step1. We must only have to make our minds full of positivity.
