The effective way in handling conflict is to listen and explain the situations clearly that prevent misunderstand for any behaviors from each other's .

When conflict go unadressed, they can have a negative impact of productiivity. One thing I consider the most effective way of handling conflicts in workplace is Listen and understand the

situation. the best way is to communicate and address directly.
