I DO NOT AGREE ! Problems are not guidelines - they are more like hurdles - you need to go over if not then under or around or through. Or consider what the result of the problem is tell you.

 

If you use a problem as anything like a guideline then or even consider it that way - that would /could be bad.

 

  • Is brake failure going through a red-light a problem or a guideline ? No. It is a problems that needs a resolution

 

- A known resolution - fix the brakes !  That is not a guideline... it could be fatal. Same with all work place problems...
