Poor Customer Service is the cause of Lost customers to a business.  This is because when a customer is not met with satisfactory service or delivering the service within business strategy.  It happens when a person is nervous and a first time employee on the floor or when the Induction to floor management was delivered - instruction was poor and the Lead person for the induction did not know how to show the person different techniques of service delivery.  The customer is hurt when he or she is served badly or treated as "to take as granted", hence the feelings of loyalty to a business is lost.  The reputation is lost from the business point of view and customers go elsewhere for better business deals and better or fair treatment.  Long term customers would deal with this differently by lodging in a complaint in the business book or online on the business wbsite and they would ask for an explaination also the staff on duty would have to explain this case and resume business again properly.  Rapport is lost with customers when this happens and staff have to be careful especially on the sales floor.  A training is provided to all employees before launching them on the floor for work.

For me, this is just ONE of the reasons why customers are not coming back. Although, this is one of the major factors, the good news is this is something that can be fixed right away. 

Yes , poor customer service is the main reason behind of losing customer. As we know that market is highly competitive in nature and every business always try to maintain a better customer service than their competitors to survive in the market.Better customer relationship and service always tend a business without losing their customers and generating business through them

Indeed it is tried and tested for a long time with out them a businesses  are  nothing and will shut down sooner rather than later

This can be one of the main causes of the loss of customer

That is why the quality of customer service must be continually improved

There are other considerations that cause the customer to leave the company:

  • unfair competition
  • moving the customer to another city or another country
  • financial problems
  • behavior change of customer
  • change in attitudes on the company's products
  • satisfaction of all its needs
