Which protocol do you prefer for Sharing in Windows Server environment? SMB or NFS?

SMB would be the best beCause it works on both OS like WINDOWS and Linux.

You can use NFS ONLY on linux environnement and while you are talking about Windows environement I suggest SMB because it is working on both OS.
