Hi.

I hope this would answer your question. The way I look at this is a little different.

If we have two equally qualifying candidates, we shouldn't compare each other. Rather see if they are in sync with the organization's leadership principles.

The comparison has to be with company standards and organization principles. I am sure we will be able to short list the right and deserving candidate.

Its more like two cuisine you never tasted before, hence what I would do is taste them in terms for the candidates it would spell TEST  them .
