Directing thier activities to achieve the goals of the work. Preparation of plans clearly. Constant stimulation of the staff.

1 Every employee has a task he performs as his daily duties

2 All activities or tasks perform by employee must tally with the set goal or target

3.An employee should not be overloaded because a target must be made

4.The efficiency of an employee depends on the quality of his output.

5.The performance of an employee depend on how well he can deliver his output within the set period of time.

6.Tasks within the jurisdiction of the employee can give a positive output.
