Training is a pivot element for both employee and employer as well, it is the only way to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the employees' productivity, which is directly reflected on the organization's "R.O.E. - Return On Equity" i.e. the main objective to the employer.

Remember the expert in one thing once was a beginner, he became expert by training. Untrained employees taken up to six times longer to perform the same task as trained employees. Training can turn bad morals to good. Training can destroy bad principles and recreate good ones. It can lift men to perform excellence.
