Hi Yazan, Here are some tactics that I use to keep me motivated and inspired to work out: 1- Set goals: Nothing will motivate you more than trying “Just do it!” 2- Make it a priority: put achievable exceptations. 3-Schedule a regular workout time. 4- Don’t let any thing stop you. 5- Don’t waste time.Do it! 6- Keep it simple. Just start running, and you’ll figure out the rest later. 7- Surround yourself with active people. 8- Use social media. Telling your followers about your workouts makes you feel motivated. 9- Mix it up. Try different sports, so, challenge yourself and stay motivated at the same time. 10- Reward yourself—buy new gear.

Basically, it's all about continuity and consistency. How? Dedicate your self into it. Find time even for a short period of time exercising. Need vs want, i guess..you need to exercise in order for you to achieve what you want and besides taking care of yourself is part of taking care of you loved ones.

The answer will be different for every person. Because every one of us have their own WHY to go to the gym.

Hi Yazan, my advice would be to schedule it into your day just as you would for appointments. Phycologically you know that you're going to do it, taking out the "if" you're going to do it. I hope this helps you out. The other 2 responses are also great!!

Dear Yazan,

Make a short term goal with a specific time frame and work towards it.

For eg. gaining lean muscle mass 2-3 kg in next 45 days !!

It is all about encouraging yourself and not to wait for any one to give you a hand, some times following a diet plan from the beginning make you boring from training also following the same excersises plan do the same, so my advice if you are just in the beginning start do your excersices without follwing any diet plan untill you feel ecxesrsing become your part of your life style.
