If you will be sent to training abroad or locally, what training title would you wish to get & why?

Please explain briefly as if I'm your manager who will send you to free training, I would allow you to take a minimum of3 days and maximum of5 days all at my expense provided I can benefit also as your boss.

I'm the HRM and you're one of the HR Personnel.

because it can be many things and you can learn many things about all type of businesses.
