I will choose "One should work for a Job where you love the work", because if one love the work and its environment, this person will absolutely perform a better performance which will lead him/her to be awarded and promoted better in near future.

The question is do you love the job, you like to say where you at or are not concerned with your earnings... than stay with your current job.

If you feel you are in a dead end job with no promotion and get a better job offer than you should go... just think twice about what you need and want ....

Thank you for the invitation

The employee to work for the love of the work even works perfectly, and works well in order to pay up to live with dignity

Each greeting for all the interest and useful answers

No organisation will pay more if you don't perform, there can be only exception that a person don't love the job and earns more. Performance somewhat link to your liking of the job... I say love your job and earn more ( this answer is referring to corporate world and no way linked to NGOs and other philanthropic works.

My view is that although money is need, I should be enjoying the work I do. For me it does not help to earn millions and not enjoying what I do. So there should be some balance between earnings and job

Thanks for the invitation. Salary is not everything in this world. If you don't have peace of mind in your work then what is the use of such work even if they pay you high salary.
