What questions should be asked if the training employees received did not give them the level of knowledge and skill expected?

The company who provides the training is not capable enough to provide that training, and/or the employees are totally negligence to obtain new skills, and/or the training materials are not relative to the profession of those employees. 

  1. Were the initial objectives and level of the training appropiate and correctly defined ?
  2. Was there sufficient time to lecture all to be discussed subjects ?
  3. Was there enough attention and options to practice the discussed subjects ?
  4. Was the trainer capable enough to clarify all subjects ?
  5. Was there enough time for the employees to study and practice ?
  6. Was the attitude of the employees dedicated to learn ?
