The company who provides the training is not capable enough to provide that training, and/or the employees are totally negligence to obtain new skills, and/or the training materials are not relative to the profession of those employees.

  1. Were the initial objectives and level of the training appropiate and correctly defined ?
  2. Was there sufficient time to lecture all to be discussed subjects ?
  3. Was there enough attention and options to practice the discussed subjects ?
  4. Was the trainer capable enough to clarify all subjects ?
  5. Was there enough time for the employees to study and practice ?
  6. Was the attitude of the employees dedicated to learn ?

Dirk Horst
