3 ways you can create a lasting first impression that will keep your customers coming back for more, and more, and more…

1)     A Personal Note

When someone signs up for your service or buys from you, sending a heartfelt, personal note is a great way to make it clear how grateful you are for their business.

2)     A Magically Simple Onboarding Flow

A super-simple onboarding flow (how you guide a customer through the initial steps they need to take inside of your product) shows them that you respect their time and attention, and want to make life easy for them; a clear sign of a business that’s looking out for you.

3)    A Welcome Gift

Another effective way to ingratiate yourself with your customers is with a meaningful welcome gift.

In my opinion, First, if you have zeroed on a new customer, then you should have recommendation or positive comments from your best loyal customers and also, you need to provide concrete evidence about the authenticity of those comments from the previous customers. Second, you need to provide evidence regarding examples of how the system in place supports your argument and where is the evidence of it and what makes your argument strong. You need to put logic into your conversion in order to get positive response.

First you need to set customer expectation and to communicate your rules and regulations in a concrete manner, then customer impression and experiance will be developed by providing him/her with at least what we promis on time, and with promised quality, and if we fail to compensate the customer for our faulty.

You must express the potential of your organization or the strength of your organization, because that will help you find a suitable words to convince the customers and make you confident about what you are going to say.

Of course,It can be difficult to atract custopmers attention from the first impression but anyway we have chance to make sure them that we have excellent service and good team. Example: Just one smile that is far from fakeness can be more than enough in some most cases and it make customers to feel really respected
