rehire need to create new contract for the employee ha new hire date and his End of service already settled .

for reverse termination no need to create new contract and his end of service continued as the same 

rehire is when an employee resign from his current job and leave then get hired again. Reverse termination is when an employer terminates and employee then hire him again.
