Fair, good & excellent compensation is a "big" player or factor in motivating employees, it also build better relationships in the company, employees don't loose confidence in the company & are always committed towards performing better, it also makes them contented & they feel that they are loved & are part of the company which increases more morale. On the otherhand however, unfair, poor & absence of compensation brings about various upheavels in the company for instance embezzlement, corruption, social strife, high level of employee turnover, comflicts etc. Thanx for the invitation
