Easily said... The S and W are internal and the O and T are external so

S and O: for example If I have a huge budget and there is this opportunity of a land where I can have a huge store in a perfect jammed place. so my strength in having this money will help my sees the opportunity of buying this land or renting it to have a well located store with traffic on it

As for the W and T. for example if my competitor can innovate new ideas quickly and with low cost while I don't have the team that can help me to develop new booming products so my weakness is defined as a threat to me when facing my competitor

T and S. let's say there is a hurricane in the place where I store my products but my strength is that I divide my storage place to different areas so that if something like that happened I won’t lose all my products. Meaning I have a strength in minimizing my loss.

I hope I explained it well.

 Dear All

SWOT analysis is deceptively simple despite the immense value it delivers. The system combines information from the environmental analysis and separates it into two components: internal issues (strengths and weaknesses) and external issues (opportunities and threats)

Once you’ve established specific values related to your business offerings within the four quadrants of SWOT analysis, you can develop a strategic plan based on the information you’ve learned. For example, once you’ve identified your inherent strengths, you can leverage them to pursue the opportunities best suited to your organization, effectively reducing potential vulnerability related to threats. In the same way, by identifying your organization’s weaknesses with regard to external threats, you can devise a plan that will enable you to eliminate or minimize them while improving defensive strategies related to your offerings, identifying strengths can also be used to  develop a strategic plan for external threats

Regards,

Raoof
