I do believe that, the "Ideal Management Style" is that style of management that can adapt with the business environment to achieve targets by using available resources effectively and efficiently to maximizing the organization's "Return On Equity" "R.O.E."

There is no management style that by nature, is better than the others and the good leader is the one whose methods of control are compatible with his personality, with the expectations of his subordinates and with the environment in which his company evolves
