Why should we hire you? this common question in almost all interviews is a real headache, what should be the correct reply?

I will tell them that if you want someone who creative and can face any challenging work and looking all the time to improve himself and his work place you will hire me .

Just tell them your previous achievements in short, and explain them how you will fit for the role.

“Why should we hire you?” is a common question raised by several employers for determining the effectiveness of the candidate’s skills and capabilities vis-à-vis the job requirements. The candidate’s response should be coherent and relevant to his/her qualifications and experience.

Tell them your strengths, your skills, your expertise, your profit projects, show them honestly your the guy for what they are looking for and INSHALLAH you will get hired if you're in the employer's budget.
