The passion to work hard give all his/her sweat and blood for job that will benefit the success of the organization, how will you handle case like this since the applicant was already rejected? Will you still going to contact the applicant or ignore issues like this?

As a doctor while I am selecting a candidate I will asses their clinical knowledge through exam and their clinical skills, communication skills, personality, composure through interview. To be a good doctor he should have all above qualities.

First of all I will ask candidates to take exam and I will filter those who cannot reach cutoff mark. Eventhough strong passion but without reaching cutoff mark indicates they are with inadequate clinical knowledge who can't satisfy patients with their half treatment.

Then I will conduct interview to asses above variables. Here in interview we can also judge passion toward his selected field.

In the above way i will select candidates to my reputated hospital.

Maybe we need to review the interview evaluation methods & the exams .. Cuz each person has different personality & he may fail both but at work he may be the best!
