What do you do when interviewer tells you "Sorry, but you're over qualified for this job"?

<p>How can one be over qualified when the job description is of the post is seeking someone who has those qualifications?</p> <p> </p>

Yes a person can be over qualified or experienced for the job, therefore he/she can ask for additional benefits and demands higher salaries.

Very simple, if i am hving such a situations, i would do the following :

 

1: keep silent for5 to8 second.

2: Have a look to a recruiter.

3: Simply told him that, "don't you know that what is my qualification? have you reviews my resume?" Don't you know what is the minimum requirement for this position?

 Be confident and don't be angry but have your SAY in a professional manner.
