Role of Architect in Contracting company GCC

1) To review the tender/contract/IFCs drawings

2) To supervise dratfsmen in preparing and submiting shop drawings.

3) To co-ordinate with suppliers and procurment department to get samples and technical data sheets.

4) To provide technical support in submiting material submitals

5) To attend meeting with consultant/client for approval of design or shop drawings.

6) To provide technical support and approved drawings to site team for executing the works.

7) To issue RFIs (Request for information) to consultant for missing information in the project.

8) To assist QS in finalizing quantities based on approved drawings.
