Does work experience (IT/Electrical/Telecom Engineer) from USA will help in finding better jobs in Gulf countries?

<p>I have Masters in Electrical Engineering from USA and am working in Business Works and Messaging Services (Communication/IT) field in USA. Will my degree and experience will be any useful in finding good jobs in gulf countries?</p>

Best option would be to go to Gulf countries through an American company who has contracts there. That will give you a better package salary and benefits wise. There are lots of USA firms like Parsons, Bechtel who are there and they always are looking for US citizens to go there, specially Muslims.
