I think to be hired through Bayt.com in Gulf Countries, it is must that you should be located in these countries. I want bayt.com itself to comment on this matter. Because if there not much chances for such candidates, then applying via bayt.com is useless.
I know this Bayt well known manpower supply consultancy but no one from my circle who has been hired through Bayt.
It is true that the Recruiters can get lot of candidates available in UAE, Saudi Arabia and Bahrain. They don't bother about the outsiders, I mean who are in their native countries. The reasons behind is that the Recruiters have to get permission from their labor department for hiring the people from outside their countries, as they discourage to recruit the persons for the trades available in their own countries. Secondly, the recruiters have to spend some money on processing the visas, tickets etc.
