A boss gives orders and instructions about how to carry out given tasks and reprimands accordingly where instructions are not followed to the letter but a team leader demonstrates how to go about any given tasks to the team. He takes it upon himself to make sure that every individual in the team knows what to do and show/teach them exactly how to do it.
