I had a conflict regarding the way he was treating other workers in favour of the others which led to other not doing their job which I had to get ways to have a talk with him in order to make him to undersstand that to pick side if you aare the leader it is not fair and he should learn to be neautral and able to accomodadate other part by making sure he hears ideas and their veiws which lead to run his job smooth and it also encourage independency from the workers he did as I said and the crew never had a conflict with him again.
