What's your idea of exceptional customer service?

In my opinion, exceptional service is to provide service in the form exceeds the quality and exceeds the expected and the expectation and also provide a service equivalent to technological developement and parallels the world-Speed

That's a very good question! Thank you! Exceptional customer service is providing unique solutions for your customers' problems. Attention to your customers' needs. Exceptional customer service is one of the things which can guarantee customers' loyalty. We live in dynamic and fast-paced times. It's very important to provide exceptional service regardless of the size of your business. Sometimes exceptional service can be performed by taking care of the smallest details and changing your business in accordance with your customers' feedback. "We are here to hear you and to take care of your needs in a way which shows that each customer is important." This is my idea of exceptional customer service.

means to go an extra mile to satisfy our clients ,we are available to  attend them when needs arises and able to provide unique services where its next to impossible to find anywhere else.

I named it customer care it is not just a service
