Online jobs maybe better on some cases, But as a better financial security it maybe came in the second ranking, As it not stable on the most of cases.
It all will depend on the job natural and it's benefits.

In terms of knowledge acquisition, I should say online job is very fulfilling because you get to learn a wide range of subjects and fields.
In my case, I came to learn about varied issues, such as medical and health conditions, sports, hobbies, environmental awareness, social problems, commodities, stock market trends, and so many other things through my online jobs - things that were unfamiliar to me when I was working in an office.
In online jobs, you get to save on commuting to and from work, getting up early, and dressing up because you can work anytime, at your own pace, and everywhere.
Likewise, it is you who decide on how much you want to earn each day or month.
When you are confined to an office work, your concentration would be limited only to the specific field your company specializes on.
You have to stick to certain work hours your company requires, get up early for work, and spend on business clothing and personal grooming every single working day.
Nevertheless, when you are working on a regular 8-hour office job, at least you have something to expect at the end of each month.
Good, if you are earning well to afford some luxuries in life.
The thing is, if your salary is just enough to make both ends meet, it would take time for you to save much.
Besides, you wouldn't know when you are going to get promoted or earn an increase in your salary.
I have been working as an online article and content writer for some time now, and I do enjoy it a lot.
I get to write at least 15 different topics each week.
Every article I do is a learning experience.
Although, at times, I miss working in an office environment, and it is understandable because I've been an office worker for more than 20 years.
If given the chance to work again in an 8-5 office job, I will accept it, but I will surely never give up on my online job.

It depend on you.
If you are field person then it is better to take a field job.
But if you like a desk job then take online job.
