it is possiple for any one to get master degrre if they had a bachelor degree -and this field is very
important - and we need management in the unversities and companies and goverment office because it is very important to control and recognize our work and live
At first the employees should be motivated with an autonomy. Secondly some indigenous methods can be used.
Companies can be more open to employees in terms of cost and expences.Make them realize the need to change and relying more on technology.
I think is the B.E (Computer) with 4years graduate.
