Its obviously enriching only. Its great and a pleasure as well to be work with diversified cultural people. Definitely you get an opportunity to learn many good things from others and they learn from you as well. Simple example, japanese, they are very punctual and process adherence personalities., so obviously if you lack that quality.., while working with them you tend to adhere to that good practice., its a learning. There will be many like so examples. Thanks.
