I completely agree, but the problem lies in bad habits such as: knowledge, favorisme, corruption and recisme, and lack of skills in certain recruiteurs or responsible for recruiting in the society.
Sometimes, some managers are themselves dishonest, it is clear that they prefer to have dishonest employees, this facilitates fully their tasks.
These dishonest employees will be unmasked very quickly and do not stay long in the company and will be returned.
For employees who are less responsible, it is the leader who should encourage them to take responsibility more.
