What is your answer to: What are your work strengths and weaknesses?

My answer to this question is always as such:

My strength is my ability to effectively communicate with my colleagues and be a leader.

My weakness is that I sometimes trust my colleagues too much and can sometimes be let down.

 

When you answer in this way, you are taking the focus away from you and redirecting it to the work environment.

My strengths is to perform my duties properly -  And weaknesses I have is to try to develop my potential scientific continuously.

My strength: I'll get the job done whatever or however it takes.

My weakness: I won't rest much until I finish the task I'm given.

my strength is to do reqired job with the safety,right way. improve myself so that i can improve my skills and working ways my weakness that l dont like to keep all the ways of sloving problems are fixed by mangers so no need to provide any seggestion
