Some interesting aspects I learned in the past which I consider as wisdoms

o    A group creates identity. Teaming up is a very good tool

o    We fight our own weaknesses by transferring or delegating them to others

o    Criticize the subject but never the person

o    It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit

o    Conflicts happen when people are under pressure. The correct time management helps in preventing getting cramped.

o    Remain always searching for alternatives, this opens new ways around conflicts

o    always stay optimistic, see the positives in any problem. Convey this to others and conflicts shall become less. Some people see this as part of motivation

o    Study the conflict parties and understand their needs, wishes, expectations and hopes: Try then to communicate these indirectly to the other party. Once each side understands the background of the other they will come nearer to each other.
